Facilities

In today’s economy each Pro-Makers start up, turn key facility is projected to cost eighty million dollars and generate in excess of two hundred million dollars in  benefits. The absence of such complex havens has exacted an unacceptable price to pay for the wide spread rampages of nations accelerating gang violence, drug activity, theft, hate crimes, targeting innocent youth, and property destruction. The positive long term impact on economic, social, and humanitarian levels for Pro-Maker sports facilities are projected to far surpass bottom line accounting projections alone. The critical issues of resolving and sourcing funds must never overshadow the positive impact that these sports facilities shall afford to each participant.

Expansion availability to accommodate future growth is imperative. Initial complex designs will result in primary cost savings as a result of:

  • Initial Infrastructure costs will not require expansion duplication

  • Reduced staff and maintenance expenses

   The One Mega-Sports Complex Advantage

  • Ability to more effectively administer and monitor games

  • Consolidation of primary required resources

  • Reduce travel time for families with multiple sports involved members

  • Security, reduced costs, and convenience of equipment transportation

  • Taking pride of ownership in the facility of their sports home base

Staff Perspective

The majority of sports facility owners and operators concur that the primary reasons why large sports complexes are preferred over individual scattered, or more isolated, locations are as follows:

  • Reduced maintenance requirements

  • Higher potential to maximize use of field and facilities during off season periods

  • Reduction of traffic, parking, noise, and field lights impact on residents located within neighborhood field sports surroundings.

  • Provide local residents’ opportunities to form adult sports leagues

  • Income from rental space for team practice and games

  • Opportunities to market private facility space to senior citizens or groups interested in sports, exercise, or presenting their special events.
